The Space

Situated just a half mile from the west side of Manhattan and nestled into a terraced hillside, StoneHouse is an exquisite guest residence outfitted with all today’s modern amenities. Featuring a kitchen with a large farmhouse center island and 48" Italian gas range, it is perfect for both the preparation of delectable meals and gathering together. On the second level, the great room offers a dining and television/sitting area. With a gas fireplace, original hardwood floors, and vaulted ceiling, spending time in the great room is a near-religious experience. Outdoors opens to a lush, elegantly landscaped courtyard paired with a roofless barn patio and spring-fed pond. This private space provides an abundance of options for creating a custom-tailored area for entertaining.

Sleeping & Capacity

StoneHouse offers four private bedrooms, three with queen beds and one with a king, while three of the four are complete with en suite bathrooms. The baths feature two-person deep soaker tubs with double shower heads. Encased in marble, they are an experience in bathing and relaxation that is unsurpassed. In addition to four bedrooms, there is also a deluxe sleeper sofa that pulls out into an additional queen bed — allowing for a total of five beds.
